About Us

Janes Bros Inc. started as a small business between three brothers in Seattle Washington in 1974. We were given the opportunity to journey to Alaska to bid on projects in 1979. In 1982 one of the brothers, Bob, had fallen in love with the independence, people and beauty of Alaska and decided to move his family to the state. In 1984 the brothers ended up going their separate ways and Bob stayed in Alaska to start a business venture with his wife, becoming a husband and wife business team!
